30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Update (2026):<br><br>Seven years after buying our first home through Freeman Foreman, we decided to sell. We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.<br><br>---<br><br>Original review (2019):<br><br>As first-time buyers, Natasha, John and Hannah were so patient, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
