They review the house from every angle - EPC, boiler, switchboard - point out things that will put buyers off or affect the survey (guttering in my case). My house sold on the first viewing for the full asking price - communication has been great so far. Great team

Despite a very stressful and uncertain situation due to delays on the seller’s side, Jordan has been brilliant from start to finish. As my mortgage adviser, he went above and beyond his role to help coordinate communication across different parties. Due to some communication challenges with another branch, he kindly stepped in and helped keep everything on track, which I really appreciated. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure everything was aligned, which gave me a lot of reassurance. He has been assisting communication between myself, my solicitor, and the seller’s side, always responding promptly and clearly. I really value that he never over-promised, but gave honest and realistic updates, which made a big difference during such an anxious time. While waiting for contract exchange and managing my moving arrangements, Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. His calm approach helped me stay grounded. No matter the final outcome, I truly appreciate all his effort. He is reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Maisie and Mollie at Allen & Harris highly enough. Moving can be such a stressful process, but they both made everything feel so much easier from beginning to end. A special mention has to go to Maisie, who genuinely has the patience of a saint. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to things like this. I was constantly calling, emailing and asking all sorts of questions but she handled me perfectly every single time. She was always calm, reassuring, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Both Maisie and Mollie were always friendly, approachable and happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They kept me updated throughout, answered everything quickly, and made sure I always knew what was going on. What really stood out was how caring and supportive they both were. It never felt like I was just another client, and it was clear they genuinely wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible for me. Their professionalism, patience and communication were excellent, and I’m so grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you both for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Maisie and Mollie to anyone looking for estate agents who are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely people to deal with.

Any communications I’ve had with the staff at the branch has been excellent (special mention to Anne and Matthew) for answering my queries efficiently and promptly. They’ve made what was a stressful process, incredibly smooth! I would happily recommend the Northwood branch to anyone.

They provided clear guidance throughout the entire process and kept me updated at every stage, making everything smooth and completely stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service—they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend Hamptons Estate and Letting Agents in Bath to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. A truly 5-star experience! ?????

She kept me consistently updated with new properties that matched what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Her communication was great, and she made the whole experience feel easy and well-organised. I’d definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone starting their property search.
30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The worst Estate agents ever. The bane of my life. Myself & My housemate laugh because every time something needs to be actioned, some how the estate agents mess it up. They constantly email us about the property and put for example number 15 when its number 5. There is a women called Sam who works there and she has the attitude of a 14 year old teenager. Snappy, rude behaviour and talked over me multiple times. When signing the tenancy, arranging paperwork to move into the property, Sam told us different figures for the deposit each time we spoke to her. When I questioned this, she was very immature and very rude. When I complained to House & Co they listened to the call and said they felt nothing wrong took place. But as someone who's worked in service for many years, I can assure you that her language was bratty and her attitude stunk. Told them three times that my housemates name was spelt incorrectly, but when we went in to sign the tenancy it was still spelt incorrectly which caused a delay. Weirdly, they said we never notified them of this. Another message Sam did not pass on. Twice, they have emailed us THE NIGHT BEFORE telling us a inspection is due the NEXT DAY. Then state they told us previously which was a lie. I also dealt with this estate agents when I bought a previous property. This was in 2020 with Covid19 causing many issues of course. The people I bought the property from were using House and Co for the sale of the property. The sellers left us all of their old furniture, rubbish, mess and honestly it was a bio-hazard. I contacted House & co multiple times to complain and they NEVER got back to me. Not once. I had to fork out over £4k for a skip. WORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Wil bratty staff. Good luck to anyone that uses them!

29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)For the most part our experience of Boardwalk was incredibly positive. Our estate agent Ester was 5 stars and genuinely was the best we've ever worked with after spending a prolonged period of buying and selling properties over the past few years with several estate agents from various companies. Ester's communication is above and beyond and I genuinely doubt you'll find a better estate agent. From her alone the premium you pay for Boardwalk is worth it. The reason however I am giving Boardwalk 4 stars is due to the sales progression side of the business. The communication was not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Slow and at times unattentive comms with moments where you had to chase to get a response. Their online portal Property File is ok however our sales progressor either would update the sales progression steps late after they had happened or nor at all for both myself and our buyer. My property has sold and the sale completed and however on their portal it is still showing as the contract having not been signed yet. It's a confusing and destabilising time selling a property especially if you're unsure at what stage of the process you're at. Having the ability to see step by step where you and your buyer are in the process is in theory extremely useful however if, like in our case, it isn't used and that attention to detail just isn't there then what is the point of having it? If anything it adds to the anxiety of feeling in limbo which you naturally feel when selling/purchasing. So on this side of things the comms needs to be upped, which from reading other reviews, seems to be a common theme. It is a shame as this let down the otherwise flawless start of our Boardwalk experience that we had with Ester. In short great selling, weaker sales progression customer journey.

Once inside the house, she was attentive, informative, and friendly. Her professional attitude helped me understand the property situation and supported my decision-making process.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I chose Holbrook Moran because they had a good deal of knowledge about the area with some recent sales in my locality. The valuation was fair and a buyer was promptly found. The negotiations were handled fairly getting the right balance between the buyer and myself. All swift and no drama. Great experience.

We were really impressed with them having all of the information up ready to discuss and also the suggestions helping us to process the potential in the property. We had our standard questions and a few more novel ones. Freya provided all the info and more without swamping us with details. We've had quite a lot of viewings where not much of the info was to hand or known. We've also had a few more over-bearing agents so we were really impressed and thought it was worth providing some feedback! Thanks

He was incredibly positive about my property, particularly the recent renovations. Although my initial asking price was high, James was happy to give it a go and the professional photos and video marketing were outstanding. When I became concerned about the timeline and price, James provided honest, expert advice to adjust the listing. We found a buyer shortly after, leading to a successful completion in mid-April. Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I stayed ay the Coombe Lodge Gatehouse for two nights. It's a lovely single bed apartment with kitchen and sitting room as well as the expected bedroom and bathroom. It was quiet despite being close to the road. It was perfect for the event I attended at Coombe Lodge, just a short walk away. I highly recommend.
