I was selling from a distance and they helped with property checks and meter readings.<br>I was kept up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Highly recommend.
9th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.- 11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Highly recommend Davies & Way. 13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?
4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had a really great experience with this estate agent. They were really honest, kind and helpful during my house search. More so than any others I experienced. Also really quick to reply and arrange a viewing. I would really recommend their services to anyone.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future

Untruthful about status of buyers and lack of coordination with communication that led me to assume incompetence. Different team members working on my sale who appeared to have different agendas and work against each other. Indifference to me as the vendor. Will not use again, termination of contract without house sale due to terrible service

So far, part way through my sale, I can honestly say I feel I chose the correct estate agent.- 13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We purchased a house through Connells and we were dealing with Tracey who was absolutely amazing. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Their pricing was realistic and they generated viewings almost immediately. We had real confidence in all the B & R personnel who did the viewings - reflected in the feedback that we got and the offer we then received. B & R monitored the conveyancing process all along to ensure that all questions were answered and documentation produced speedily. We couldn’t fault their service and would definitely recommend them for the level of personal service. Also, they work over the weekend unlike many of their competitors - undoubtedly the best in Bath.

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5
