We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

We had a long drawn out buying and selling process for various reasons and we were supported all of the way by Joseph who went above and beyond and of course the rest of the team. Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
