When things got tricky she went above and beyond to expedite a solution in a very professional manner. The sales brochure was brilliant, based on Duncan’s excellent knowledge and advice. The support from Vicky Elias and Lucy Lingley-Stephens was also excellent and we were kept informed about progress every step of the way. All round the team at Goodman and Lilley gave superb service and I would recommend them without reservation.

While the process didn’t always go completely smoothly (as is often the case with property), the team at Farrons were excellent throughout. They kept everything tied together, communicated clearly, and kept us informed at every stage, which made a huge difference. We stuck by them throughout the process, and they absolutely delivered. Pricing was fair, the service was professional, and the support we received was second to none. A special mention to Jo and Andrew, who were both fantastic, along with the rest of the team who worked hard behind the scenes. Thanks to Farrons, we’re now happily settled in our new home. They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

Peter was very accommodating with extra viewings (even on a Sunday) and Sharon worked tirelessly and professionally to coordinate solicitors for exchange when we hit a few road bumps.
