From the viewing to helping get our application accepted to guiding us through the paperwork, she has been amazing. She’s friendly, helpful, and incredibly reassuring which has made the whole process smooth, exciting and as stress free as possible. We can’t thank you enough!

The quality of the Mark Templer services, from pricing, brochure style, pitching of sales and the all important progression to completion is exceptional. They also helped us find a great new home to make our own. Thanks to everyone involved.

3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.

We had a long drawn out buying and selling process for various reasons and we were supported all of the way by Joseph who went above and beyond and of course the rest of the team. 29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)For the most part our experience of Boardwalk was incredibly positive. Our estate agent Ester was 5 stars and genuinely was the best we've ever worked with after spending a prolonged period of buying and selling properties over the past few years with several estate agents from various companies. Ester's communication is above and beyond and I genuinely doubt you'll find a better estate agent. From her alone the premium you pay for Boardwalk is worth it. The reason however I am giving Boardwalk 4 stars is due to the sales progression side of the business. The communication was not up to the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Slow and at times unattentive comms with moments where you had to chase to get a response. Their online portal Property File is ok however our sales progressor either would update the sales progression steps late after they had happened or nor at all for both myself and our buyer. My property has sold and the sale completed and however on their portal it is still showing as the contract having not been signed yet. It's a confusing and destabilising time selling a property especially if you're unsure at what stage of the process you're at. Having the ability to see step by step where you and your buyer are in the process is in theory extremely useful however if, like in our case, it isn't used and that attention to detail just isn't there then what is the point of having it? If anything it adds to the anxiety of feeling in limbo which you naturally feel when selling/purchasing. So on this side of things the comms needs to be upped, which from reading other reviews, seems to be a common theme. It is a shame as this let down the otherwise flawless start of our Boardwalk experience that we had with Ester. In short great selling, weaker sales progression customer journey.

Natasha who showed us around was lovely, very professional but equally down to earth and not pushy at all :) Since then we have had our offer accepted on the property. Stuart has been a wealth of knowledge on the other end of the phone, answering all of questions perfectly with great knowledge and useful info about the property and surrounding areas. He phoned us on a Sunday to get it all sorted which shows dedication :) Thankyou both and we look forward to a straight forward process from here on :)

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

Throughout they remained approachable, supportive and accommodating. If we were ever to sell our property in the future they would be high on my list.

His genuine honesty, regular updates and clear communication made a real difference during what could easily have been a stressful experience. Tom consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving and to make sure we were informed at every stage. That level of effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed, and it made the whole journey far easier for us. In the end, it was absolutely worth it, and a big part of that is down to Tom’s dedication and support throughout the process. I would happily recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
