Like all house purchases it had its challenges and Martin dealt with these with total professionalism working as a honest broker between me and his client. 20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

22nd Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road. Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me. I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.
3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

29th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Ive had a great experience with Howards. They were excellent communicators, kept me informed about viewings and viewers' remarks every step of the way. I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 28th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
