20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Whenever I have any queries or maintenance issues, Moorfields Estate Agents has been extremely helpful and sorted things out quickly. Communication is always professional and friendly. It's a huge relief to know that if something goes wrong, they are on it immediately.

29th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

They’ve kept us in the loop every step of the way, kept things moving and have provided feedback within an hour of every viewing. They’re a really friendly and approachable team and they’ve been really easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

Throughout they remained approachable, supportive and accommodating. If we were ever to sell our property in the future they would be high on my list.
21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)My friend and I were renting a flat in the Downend area through a company called Intire. We were happy with the service they provided. Then that was switched to Chase Buchanan and things went down hill. Within months, they notified us that 'the landlord' had decided to increase our rent by 30%. I was in a low paid job & my friend had recently lost her job so it would have been a struggle to afford that. After some discussions, it was agreed that it would be reduced to 'just' a 15% rise. Still a struggle but we managed. About 10 moths later, they informed us - BY EMAIL - that the landlord had decided to sell the flat & that we had to get out. There was no chance of us affording to live together elsewhere and, as we were getting zero help from Chase Buchanan, we had to separate. They also charged us £300 (+ VAT) to have the place deep cleaned after we left when the flat was far from clean when we moved in 6 years earlier. Some staff were helpful at times but I found it very unprofessional to be told that we were being evicted by email. The only good thing to come out of this is that we'll never have to make use of the services again.

28th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
