23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her positive attitude made a real difference during what can often be a challenging journey. We are incredibly grateful for all the help and support we received and would highly recommend Cheffins Haverhill to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.

Taking away all the stress and admin of finding the perfect tenants, dealing with check ins, check outs and inspections it’s been a pleasure having them act on my behalf, and any property issues have always been flagged to me quickly and dealt with appropriately, always checking with me to ensure I’m happy.

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. 22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We sounded like an easy customer: three bedroom house, nice garden, granny annex in highly sought-after location, on the market for the first time in 80 years. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.

The agent (Mr Murad Azam) was prompt in processing early viewing date and manage the rent application.
