9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Originally the estate agents based in Talbot Green who visited my house were very helpful and communicative. As time they were far more distant after my house was sold and a valuation they insisted on after the sale said it was damp issues from next door. The buyer pulled out after the valuation which proved that the sale was not worth the paper it was written on. They said they would help me with solicitors documents I troubled to fill in and cancelled the appointment on the day. I had no option to sell my house to auction for far less as a result of the valuation. Meanwhile the landlord who was the owner of the house next door to me that was allegedly bringing damp into my house via the surveyor 's report had put the house on sale on line via Property Plus for 55 thousand more than my sale price ? Avoid at all costs.
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We used Mel for the sale of our property, after being let down from our first estate agent.<br>All I can say is I wished I had used Mel from the start. She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.<br>I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
