17th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

Sharon and Connor were both excellent—professional, responsive, and always happy to help throughout the process. They made everything straightforward and stress-free. 22nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
25th May 2025 (1 year ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

Their approach was professional but still really friendly and down to earth, and they managed to secure a great result for me.<br><br>I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

They took the time to get to know situation, me and my dog! I would recommend as a renter and I have recommended to sellers too.

1st Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)What can we say about Brunee… she was fantastic every step of the way! When we first met her we could tell how knowledgeable she was. She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!! Brunee was always professional, organised and showed potential buyers around with confidence.. always knowing the answers to their queries without even having to ask us, That showed her interest and knowledge of our property! Will always highly recommend Brunee to anyone looking to sell! We had a total 5 star experience making the process of us finding our dream forever home much much easier!! Thank you Brunee!

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Conrad and Ashleigh provided a superb house sale experience and navigated me through the whole process. It didn’t always go to plan, which is to be expected when selling (& buying), but the communication throughout from both of them, & the whole team, kept me in the loop and I therefore had complete confidence in the Agent I selected while selling at a distance.

17th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
