12th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Terrible experience with this tenancy agency. They seem more interested in finding ways to keep as much of your deposit as possible rather than helping tenants. When you have a problem, it can take more than two weeks to get resolved, which is extremely frustrating and stressful. Communication and support were very disappointing.<br><br>After moving to another agency, I immediately noticed a big difference in the level of communication, support, and professionalism. It really showed me how much better a tenancy agency can be when they actually care about helping their tenants. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

19th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We are first time buyers. Found a lovely home with no chain. Even still, we had some issues with the law firm which delayed the process to around 3 months. Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !

From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

Their professionalism, clarity, and genuine care made a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Pam was incredibly supportive, answering every question I had and keeping me fully informed at each stage. The team worked efficiently to secure an offer, and their guidance throughout the entire journey was invaluable. Without their support, I’m not sure the sale would have felt as smooth and manageable as it did.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Lednor Estate Agents highly enough — outstanding service from start to finish. Paula was extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout and made the sale of my property very straightforward. There was a bespoke sales approach and a thorough process which was reassuring and successful. If you are selling in the area you need Find and Country.- 5th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)First time selling a house and I couldn’t recommend Stansted Intercounty more. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable compared to some other companies we enquired with. We had bookings within minutes of the property going for sale. 7th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I would like to say a special thank you to Amber Stevens for her kindness, understanding and support throughout my experience.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Amber did not see this as just a job or a technical issue. She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration.<br><br>I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.<br><br>Amber is not only professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. I truly appreciated her attitude, understanding and the way she handled the situation.<br><br>I would also like to thank James Stevens and the wider team for all their help and support. James personally dealt with many aspects of the repairs and managed the process throughout. He kept me informed, responded quickly when issues arose, and always looked for solutions.<br><br>Amber, James and the team at William H. Brown are genuinely a fantastic team, and I would highly recommend them.

17th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Our experience with Ben Reddan and the Letting team was excellent<br>Our experience with the sales team, not so.<br><br>Gabriella from Lettings was exemplary in her meticulousness regarding the letting of our property from start to finish.<br>Her communication was excellent and her dedication to her job is to be admired. There are not many agents who would be catching up on their emails at 11:00pm and on their non work days.<br>Gabriella was the perfect combination of providing enough attention to us and the prospective tenants without being pushy.

The perfect service you should be getting. All information I could ask for, they even chased my solicitors. This is exactly the agent I would like to have in any field. Can´t thank you enough! Many, many hurdles had to be overcome, but at every point she advocated for me, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to find a way forward.<br><br>What could easily have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier by having someone who was responsive, compassionate and genuinely solution-focused on the other end of the phone. I never felt like just another application or reference number - I felt that Phoebe genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter secure our home.<br><br>Even when things became complicated, she never simply accepted that something couldn't be done. She communicated clearly with everyone involved, explored the available options and kept things moving until we finally got there.<br><br>I'm enormously grateful to her, and Leaders are very lucky to have her. If there is any internal recognition for exceptional service, I genuinely hope she receives it - she absolutely deserves it.<br><br>Thank you so much, Phoebe. You helped give us a home. ??????

My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)
