27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Highly Recommended ?This is the second time we’ve used Morgan Alexander—the first being 10 years ago—and they are just as excellent now as they were then. ?On this occasion they handled the sale of our property, they were absolutely pivotal in making our entire move happen. We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. Consistent, professional, and highly effective.

From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands. Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged. She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way. I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel. The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill. Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!- 26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier. Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and can’t thank her enough. Carol, if you get to read this I’d like you to know you are a superstar!!

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Useless. They asked me to call a plumber myself when the boiler in our rental unit failed, being just one of many failures we experienced throughout our time there. Currently having to take a landlord they work with to court due to deposit claims, which has only happened because they delayed issuing returns until just after the deadline meaning the free process wasn't available to us, couple this with mistakes in basic maths and misrepresentation of facts paints a very clear painting of a company that's don't know what they're doing. Stay well clear. In response to your follow up, the email in question is from 19/02/2024 from Harvey Simpkins after a phone call. You as real estate agents if you choose to stand by and represent these landlords then this is very much a reflection of your company and values.
