Jessica was professional, organised, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but she handled everything in a calm and efficient way, which made a real difference. She kept me updated at every stage and was always available when I had questions. Her communication was clear and timely, which helped me feel confident during the purchase. I would strongly recommend Connells Ashford team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .

Mark was very professional and helpful with listing my property and often called to update me. Ollie was a great contact for me always friendly, professional and extremely helpful with putting my mind at ease with any queries. He is a great asset to Wards. Darren too was really good at keeping me updated with progress. Having Amanda keeping things moving between Solicitors was a great help and she always kept me updated with a friendly chat. The whole Hythe Wards Team have put my faith back in Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to recommend them. He didn’t try to sell or convince me to into anything that wasn’t aligned with me. He understood that I was in a difficult position and he showed me empathy and kind regard. He also recommended his colleagues in the Dover branch to take me to the next stage of my search and I spoke to Colton who also went out of his way to meet my budget and living needs. Overall extremely positive experience and I’m confident I’ll find the perfect home with their help,

I cannot recommend this company enough they are amazing.

From start to finish they have been so helpful and super communicative with us, explaining the process from end to end, and offering helpful guidance throughout. We really felt supported in the sale process and felt they had our best interests at heart. We also really liked the dedicated WhatsApp group for all sale related discussions - it was super easy and quick to get answers to any questions we had. We would happily work with them again if we ever come back to the Folkestone area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking to go on the market.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis.
