Jessica was professional, organised, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but she handled everything in a calm and efficient way, which made a real difference. She kept me updated at every stage and was always available when I had questions. Her communication was clear and timely, which helped me feel confident during the purchase. I would strongly recommend Connells Ashford team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .

I cannot recommend this company enough they are amazing.

From start to finish they have been so helpful and super communicative with us, explaining the process from end to end, and offering helpful guidance throughout. We really felt supported in the sale process and felt they had our best interests at heart. We also really liked the dedicated WhatsApp group for all sale related discussions - it was super easy and quick to get answers to any questions we had. We would happily work with them again if we ever come back to the Folkestone area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking to go on the market.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team.
