Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

My Mum suffers with anxiety and also suffered the loss of my Dad whilst selling, through the whole sales process they supported her, were understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Once the sale went through, they still followed up with her, customer care was 5* and I have nothing but positive things to say and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sale of our house and purchase of new house.<br><br>Good value for the services provided.<br>Stephen and his team are super friendly and very much able to call them with any issues. Picked up phone even 5 to 5pm. We were happy with sale (took 5 days on the market to have full asking price offer for our house). When council delayed entire transaction we were supported every step. No questions were silly, as we never sold a house before. Price for that kind of services is really good value for the money. Super happy with our new house that we also bought from them.

He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Apparently they have a criteria to communicate back with you or not. After filling the application form for a rental house and sending your sensitive details and chasing them more than 4 times for couple of weeks expect no emails back. Waste of time, stay away.
