Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

They were honest and factual and managed the sale extremely efficiently. Communications is very important during what can be a stressful experience they were brilliant keeping us informed at all times. Would thoroughly recommend them.

15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I- 31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)after the property i was originally going to rent fell through at the last minute i found a property with bagshaws uttoxeter, fell in love with it met alice for the viewing who was lovely, i explained that i was down on timing and i needed a fast turnaround, in a week i had viewed, been referenced and had arranged to collect the keys. Alice was great , friendly and kept me in the loop with all that was happening to ensure everything went smoothly and quick which was ideal. really great and stress free experience would 100% recommend

Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks! Bea was the ultimate professional and a pleasure as always to deal with, keeping us informed throughout.

During an interaction on social media, I received comments from her that I found insulting, aggressive and completely unprofessional. At the time, her public profile identified her with this company.<br><br>The situation was made more unpleasant when people personally connected to her also became involved and directed hostile comments towards me.<br><br>Based on my personal experience and the way I was treated, I would not recommend this company.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We found the perfect home for my daughter and with no chain the procees should have been stress free and quick.. boy how wrong were we.. The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home

We had a chain collapse immediately...with no support at all...followed by a second buyer offering lower...again no advice or support. Also starting us off at a over inflated price. They were not proactive and did not offer any help or advice. The owner Sammy Dyche was away on holiday...and I couldn't speak to him. The office didn't offer us any support. All very stressful.
