From start to finish, they were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They kept me consistently informed at every stage, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and clearly. Their communication was excellent, and it felt like they actually cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me, not just getting things done. I always knew where I stood, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d highly recommend Claudia and Eden to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive lettings team.

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I had a really great experience with Northwood throughout my purchase. The whole process can be stressful at times, but they made it feel much more straightforward. Liam was amazing from start to finish. He was always helpful, easy to speak to, and kept me updated the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he made sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was how approachable and reliable he was. If I had any questions, he’d always come back to me quickly and explain things clearly. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Northwood, especially if you get to work with Liam.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

Sam was amazing at showing viewings round, great local knowledge and really listened about specific house details.
