From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

In terms of speed and making the paperwork straightforward for tenants, she was faster than any other agent we dealt with in 15 years of renting in London. She showed us properties that matched our needs, was always on time, called back when she said she would, and once the landlord agreed to our offer, she had everything organised within a day. 5 stars for speed and efficiency.

Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner. I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your hard work, we’re so happy to now be settling into our new home!

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)Although I am not a direct customer of this company, I have been significantly affected by their management of a neighbouring property. For over 13 years, ongoing issues have resulted in water damage to my home, with little evidence of proactive maintenance or accountability. In my experience, responses have been reactive rather than preventative, and concerns are often dismissed or redirected—frequently with the suggestion to pursue matters through personal insurance instead of addressing the root cause. There have also been instances where work was quoted for issues that did not appear to exist, raising concerns about transparency. Overall, the lack of responsibility and long-term resolution has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He guided us through every step of the process and took care of all the formalities, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out, and we always felt supported and well-informed. We’re very grateful for their professional hard work and would highly recommend London Move to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
