While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

I’d always heard that some estate agents can be quite pushy and are more focused on making a sale than looking after their clients.<br><br>From the moment I met Patrick, though, I immediately felt at ease. He came across as genuinely warm, kind and trustworthy, and I knew he was the right person to help me sell my home.<br><br>From start to finish, the experience with Lloyds Estates has been exceptional. At no point did I ever feel like just another customer, I felt like a friend. Patrick, Sam and the entire team always had my best interests at heart, and that was evident in everything they did.<br><br>They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way, offering honest advice, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me. Their communication and dedication was outstanding, and they guided me through every stage with professionalism, care and genuine compassion.<br><br>What really sets Lloyds Estates apart is that they clearly love what they do and it isn’t all about making a sale. You can see how much they care about helping people sell their homes or find them a home and making what can often be a stressful process feel enjoyable and reassuring.<br><br>In fact, I’m almost sad that my sale has completed because I’ll miss speaking to Patrick and Sam so regularly! That’s how personal and supportive they have been throughout, they are genuinely good people.<br><br>I cannot recommend Lloyds Estates highly enough.. Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, I can honestly say I would never use anyone else ever again, whether buying or selling. Terry and Lucie were responsive and easy to deal with, kept us updated at each stage, and helped keep things moving between the solicitors on both sides. Communication was clear right up to completion day and the key handover was smooth. Happy to recommend them.

It is especially notable that we have been supported by the same people (Carl, Robert) over the years, which is rare and really helps with knowledge retention long term. They are very professional. 8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
