24th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.
30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Upsdales Property Management<br><br>I booked a viewing for a flat and later called to ask one simple question: whether the upstairs flat owned the loft. I was told someone would get back to me.<br><br>Two days later Daniel sent me a text message, but I couldn’t understand it or how it answered my question. I therefore called him for clarification and politely asked if he could simply answer “yes” or “no.”<br><br>Instead of answering professionally, his tone became abrupt, intimidating and dismissive. He told me, “I don’t think this flat is for you,” and said, “It looks like you’re buying for the first time, so you don’t know how it works.”<br><br>I found these comments patronising and unnecessary. I was simply trying to understand an important detail about the property before attending the viewing. There was no need to make assumptions about my experience or speak to me in that manner.<br><br>I ended the call feeling upset and disappointed. Every potential buyer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their level of experience.

18th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! Their dependability was crucial during the closing stages, ensuring a smooth and seamless final deal. The team at Morgan Knights Estate was incredibly communicative throughout the process. They promptly answered our calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful and reassuring. Moreover, their support extended beyond the transaction. When we were stressed about moving timelines, they connected us with reliable moving services and even checked in post-move to ensure we were settled comfortably. 20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
5th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We trusted Nauman because of his long-standing relationship with my father-in-law. Based on his advice, our 4-bedroom property was partitioned and converted into a 5-bedroom house to achieve higher rent. This required significant renovation costs, yet the rent we received over six years did not even reflect the value of a standard 3-bedroom property. Had proper advice been given, we could have saved a substantial portion of those costs and avoided considerable financial loss. Bilal and his family (tenants) later informed us that they were paying approximately £2,600 per month first 3 years and £2800 for the remaining years with around £1,000 being taken in cash. we were getting 1650 odd for first 3 years and 1800 odd for remaining.This raises serious concerns regarding transparency, payment handling, and potential tax-related issues. After extensive research into guaranteed rent and letting arrangements, I have not found a legitimate case where a letting company retains anything close to 36% commission. More concerning is that this percentage was never disclosed before the agreement was signed. We were never informed of the differences between guaranteed rent, full management, or partial management options. We were shown a single advertisement and relied entirely on your expertise, while you had full knowledge of the market and we did not. Even your own relative, Mr. Abbas, expressed surprise when I explained the figures and stated that we should have been receiving at least £2,500–£2,600 per month, even under a guaranteed-rent arrangement. He advised that only Mr. Asif Sahib could help resolve this matter. We also learned that efforts were made to convince Bilal and his family that our property could potentially be purchased below market value because we supposedly would never return to the UK. If true, this represents a serious breach of trust. Regarding 4A Ingleby Road, you promised three weeks' rent if we provided certain tenant posts, yet that promise was never honoured despite us losing nearly four months' rent, ironically it wasnt on gauranteed terms.. At the same time, you appeared willing to assist individuals involved in unauthorised subletting. The property was allegedly sublet for an extended period without effective oversight, despite management fees being collected. The rental history also requires explanation. We received approximately £900–£1,100 per month for many years, while the same property now generates around £2,100 per month. Over 8–10 years, this suggests an extraordinarily high effective commission of approximately 40–45%, which was never properly explained or justified. Communication was equally disappointing. Calls and messages were often ignored, and when responses were provided, they rarely addressed the actual concerns raised. You frequently emphasised that your earnings were halal, yet whenever transparency, accountability, fairness, or justification were requested, clear answers were never provided. For context, while these properties were generating income for others, we were living in rented accommodation ourselves, paying approximately £1,900 per month (excluding bills) for a 2-bedroom side extension of the exact same house, while receiving around £1,650 per around 3 years initially and around £1,850 thereafter upon request for increament in rent. This is not simply about money. It is about trust, transparency, morality, accountability, and humanity. I invite property link to publicly explain these figures, decisions, commissions, and actions so that future landlords can make informed decisions before placing their trust in your hands.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
