The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They strung us along for a week, so we missed out on other flats in the nightmare that is the London rental market, only to tell us our application was rejected for a reason that a) wasn’t true and b) they should’ve known from the beginning. What kind of estate agent lets multiple parties out holding deposits down? The whole point of them is that they take the flat off the market. Awful communication, illegitimate referencing process, and ignored calls. Unfortunately if the flat you want is through them you don’t have much choice but to use them but I’d be very wary of a) the landlord that has chosen to use them and b) until that contract is signed, don’t expect you’ll get the flat.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!<br><br>We recently worked with Duncan Perry Estate Agents for both the sale and renting of a property on Darkes Lane in Potters Bar, and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service provided.<br><br>A special mention must go to Ben Kingsley, who was strictly superb throughout the entire process. His approach and management of the deal was great—he was clear, proactive, and always kept me fully informed at every stage. 13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Communication was excellent, everything was clear and well organized, and the apartment was exactly as described. Thank you, Jordan and your team, for making the whole process so smooth. I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
