19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.
11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs

Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
