12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I lived far away and they allowed me to take on my home via video viewing. Which was great. All my paperwork and checks were done smoothly and they were very helpful. Still rent from these guys and never have any issues.
11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Wished to get some advice regarding land and principle property titles and was put in contact with Lucy Glanvill. Got generic advice and asked me to put it in writing, which I did. 1st email gets lost, follow up email I get the same generic response we discussed and my last email has gone unanswered. 3 months later I was none the wiser. I phoned Strutt & Parker's rural team and got a knowledgeable answer over the phone in 15mins. I've used Savills in Kent to sell a rural business and was impressed, but my first experience of the Exeter office is lacking and know where to go when the time comes!<br><br>Since posting this review I received a kind phone call apologising for this. I revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars as trying to put things right is rare these days than it used to be.
30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)The staff at Webber's Estate Agents at the Torrington branch were outstanding. Truly dedicated professionals. I had committed and friendly support all the way from start to finish. Three fantasic individuals in particular who I mainly dealt with, deserve a special mention, who not only in their own right are worth their weight in gold, but together their qualities and brilliance made the team really shine; Adrian Hardwick for offering his valuable professional advice and guidance, Mark Way for his super friendly professional and kind help with the viewings along with the lovely Sarah Megson who also progressed my sale with the upmost dedication and diligence. They listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. Not forgetting a big thank you to the others in the office. They really are a credit to this branch. Their support made me feel like I was their only customer on account of the attention they gave me and how focused they were on getting my property sold. I cannot speak highly enough of them and certainly recommend this branch. Thank you "Team Torrington" you are the best! ??????????????????

Allways there, always communicating, having a vast knowledge of the area, building a deep trusting relationship from the start. I can't thank her enough. From step 1 we were very pleased with the service we received - Becky was super helpful on our first ever viewing, guiding and reassuring us. She had taken the time to write down lots of information for us so she could answer any of our questions - this is something that we didn’t have with most other estate agents! After we had chosen our property, Sharon and Hannah kept us informed the whole way, checking in with us regularly. We are very grateful for everyone’s time and would 100% recommend buying through Regency!

11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.
