From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. Very happy we decided to appoint Batchelor's as our estate agents!

They recommended the best pictures and pack and brought the property to the market quickly. The offered plenty of support, guidance and advice and they brought a high volume of potential buyers to the property which resulted in a very quick sale. Very happy with the whole service offered.

Can only assume this as they recommended I offer 15% above HR, or 31% above their advertised price for a property that had only been on the market less than 24 hours. And they wonder why the property market is an over inflated mess! Also had to view the property in the presence of other buyers who were very late, but still allowed to impede on our viewing. Wasn’t impressed!

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!- 23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have been renting my house via the Property Bureau for almost 2 years. The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.
