26th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. Some great deals to be had if you're lucky.<br>I'd suggest showing up early to see whats there and then bidding online back at home to avoid standing around for ages waiting for your lot to come up. There is a telehandler there that will help load your trailer which is very handy.<br>It was disappointing to see so much litter from the burger van scattered about. Any machine with a bucket seemed to be fair game to chuck rubbish into. I came back to my trailer to see it had been used as a dustbin. You would expect better from the farming community.

They were very trustworthy and always had good comunication with the owners. Very polite and proffessional. It was nice to have genuine and honest feedback. Too many estate agents are just chasing sales at any cost. Nayler Powell in Newent work with the owners 100% Everyone always made time to support me during the time i was selling my house with them. Whether its about the market or how best to present my home to get the best interest. EG New ideas and updating any pictures if needed.<br>Easily the best estate agent in the Newent area.<br>George Noon

Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.

They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Phone calls, or voice mails always then backed up with an email. Support with all elements to ensure a smooth running and quick sale. The price recommended for the property was well judged and the sale went through with no hiccups, I believe mainly due to the consistent and efficient service given by Niamh O'Donoghue at Thomas and Thomas.
