We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

They were always available to answer our questions, even outside their normal working hours, which made such a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind.<br><br>From my very first viewing, I met Kamlesh and explained that I needed to complete the whole process within just a month and a half. To my surprise, they managed to get everything completed in just 28 days! Honestly, that was unbelievable and far beyond what I expected.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication, dedication and commitment were exceptional, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Aston in particular went above and beyond, he was professional and friendly right from the start and through the whole process, he always kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions, and the good communication made it stress free. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in London!

From the beginning the communication was clear, professional and clear. The property was well maintained, and the landlord was approachable, helpful and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was in good order. The estate agency was always efficient, organised and supportive throughout the tenancy.<br>Overall I would highly recommend both the estate agency and the landlord to anyone looking for a reliable and positive experience.<br><br>Thank you for making these 6 years smooth and enjoyable.
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

He was very professional, friendly, and supportive during the whole process. I would certainly recommend any other first time buyers to consider Belvoir.
