The team was always available, professional, and attentive to my needs, making what can often be a stressful process much easier and smoother. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. Their advice and recommendation of trusted partners, including the solicitor, was also extremely helpful and gave me confidence at every stage. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.

Would highly recommend to anyone and will use Connells again in the future. My house was on the market for a week and they sold it instantly. They also helped me set up my mortgage and insurance cover which was a massive bonus. Thank you for all your hard work, I really do appreciate it. ??????

I would highly recommend George David!- 11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS.<br>Only leaving 1 star as unable to leave 0.<br>We have just purchased a property through Christopher pallet, Colin and Ross are both horrible people. They hound you every day with passive aggressive emails until completion, then once completed if you have any issues they are completely uninterested and ignore you.<br><br>When we had our survey done, it was picked up (among other things) that two of the windows in the property were not working correctly. This was raised when discussing a reduction in price. Ross informed us that the windows would be fixed by the owners before completion. His exacts words were “the owners are going to get the mechanisms fixed, so consider that done”. What a liar. We raised on day one when we entered the property that this had not been done. They have ignored us repeatedly on phone calls and emails, and have now replied saying they are not going to do anything to help this. I’d honestly rather not sell or purchase a property than give this morally corrupt “business” any commission. I will be making a formal complaint to the property ombudsman and seeking legal advice.<br><br>Edit<br><br>I’m sure the reader of this review can tell how condescending and passive aggressive Ross is just from his reply. ????????????

She was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even when our own sale unfortunately fell through, Karen remained supportive, responsive and reassuring every step of the way.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. She is a real credit to the agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you, Karen, for all your hard work, kindness and professionalism—it has been very much appreciated.

Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. They sold our property within 3 weeks of going on sale, even within a difficult economic period. Photography was excellent and thorough.<br><br>We would strongly recommend Jacob and Orchid, we were extremely happy with the service.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! I don’t know what we would have done without them!

We called Perkins Estate Agents and Hassan answered the phone and booked our viewing.<br><br>From that point onwards, we experienced a level of professionalism, care and attention which almost made us forget that Hassan was representing the seller! A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. When we had difficulty dealing with getting exchanged and a moving date they constantly gave us updates and chased for us. They are an amazing team!!
