8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Parkers Chinnor and in particular Charlie Lowe have been absolutely outstanding for us during our house sale and move. Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They have made what is a stressful time far more simple.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We recently went through what can only be described as a turbulent sale, but thank goodness for Sue she was our storm chaser! From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We had an excellent experience as first-time buyers with Brown and Merry. From the very beginning, the team was supportive, professional, and approachable throughout the whole process. We first met Ed, who guided us through our house viewings. He was very professional and well prepared, always able to give honest answers to our questions. He also played a crucial role in helping us during the negotiation of our offer. We decided to use the broker they recommended, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Hermione was extremely professional and attentive, always kind and patient with all of our questions. She worked hard to find answers and support us throughout the process. There were some difficulties and delays along the way, but she kept us informed whenever there were updates and directed us to the right people when needed. The broker also helped us arrange our insurances and our will, which was incredibly helpful at a time when there were so many things to organise. Gary handled the liaison between us and the seller, and he did a great job keeping communication clear and moving things forward. Thank you all for the great work. We would definitely use Brown and Merry again in the future if we require estate agent services. The whole team was both professional and genuinely human, understanding the emotions their clients go through during such an important process.
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. We needed to find somewhere and move in quickly, not only did she help us do this but she was thorough, friendly and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble! 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)The lettings team at Savills Oxford Summertown, in particular, Rosie De Keyser , and the property management team, in particular Charlotte Nugent and Isla Howell-Bayes, were amazing in the process of letting my property and now managing it. They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property. As a non-resident landlady, it is so important to have agents that I can trust and rely on. Thank you so much and Bless you, Rosie, Charlotte and Isla

Lillie and Danielle were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. 9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Well what a turn of events! My tenant called worried that he was going to get thrown out, becuase he was trying to make a payment but the receiving bank was rejecting it! After checking my bank statement, I found that a number of payments had not been made, what is the point of having an agent if they can not pass money on correctly. 3-4k or manage the tenent to pay on time. I do not know where the deposit is, there are 2 spares keys to my property held by them. As Blue lasley found, Woodholls was disolved in Nox 2024 Would like to know who Blue lasley used instead. Original reviiew Use them for letting my house. Grant is superb help with my tenant. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Both Adam and Rachel were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. They worked hard in getting our property listed and sold promptly. The communication was 1st class, they really went out of their way to keep us well updated and help out with everything. Even recommending local trades when necessary. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry, using WhatsApp to communicate which was so easy. We were really impressed. Thank you guys for everything you did, we really appreciate it!

4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
