22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Our chain looked straight forward on paper but we had so many unnecessary issues up and down the chain which caused us so much stress and confusion. One of the only reliable professionals we had was Heidi. She was the agent for the house we were purchasing and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help keep the chain moving and get us some answers to what was going on. If we ever move again we would probably use Simon Blyth.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We loved the photos of the property, really felt good that my brother and sis in law found this place. But then they moved in, met with disgusting state of the property, almost 10 hours of cleaning plus professional services, then more drama came from the real estate agent, and maybe a careless landlord. Our family have rented properties, since then we have bought and now we have properties of our own to rent out, never in my life I have met with this level of carefree management and horrible professionalism. I hope for the best and I wish you guys can improve yourselves, or quit and do something else you guys really care about. But working like this, is not the way.

They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

They went above and beyond to get the viewers in to look at the property and tried their best to advertise the house in the best way possible. Finally we have a buyer and its thanks to David and Freddie. Trust, honesty and straight talking is what you want and its what we got with them so thank you both again.

When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

A couple of offers came in very quickly but fell through due to issues for our buyers. Then another extremely keen offer came in. This person had many issues selling their property which meant the process took literally ages! The team at Hanson's, especially Beth went over and above to keep us informed every step of the way. It was stressful because it went on a long time and the delays were outside any of our control (we'd decided to stick with our committed buyer because we really wanted our house to go to someone who loved it), but Hanson's were just excellent. We really appreciated the personal touch we received and everyone communicated brilliantly every step of the way. Thank you
