2nd Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!

19th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)The staff at Douglas Allen are lovely, but sadly, I didn't have one viewing. I do feel that after they advertised on line, they just waited for the phone to ring. Having said that, it is currently a difficult market. Perhaps my valuation exceeded customers expectations??? But on the grounds of the company being very approachable and friendly, I would recommend them.

15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)This is by far the best renting agency I have dealt with. From the initial viewing right through to moving out, the team was absolutely brilliant. They were always responsive, sorted any queries quickly, and handled all the documentation seamlessly. It is rare to find an agency that genuinely cares throughout the entire journey. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend for all.

13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 14th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.
