The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I have recently bought my first property through HS Estates and have found their service to be competent and thorough. Their sales progresser Simone has been very helpful and understanding with all the steps and helped keep my mind at ease throughout the process.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I have been trying to get a viewing on a property for the last 3 days, and all the calls are diverted to the call centre, promising a call back, but never returned. The property, according to Rightmove, is still available and has been on the market for the last 3 months. If I were a landlord, I would seriously consider the efficiency of how call-backs and viewings are handled, and if the property has been let, I would seriously question the ethics of this company.

24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

18th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

From the very first phone call to book a valuation appointment, I felt supported and guided throughout the entire process.<br><br>Once I accepted the valuation, the team arranged for professional photographs to be taken the very next day, which demonstrated their efficiency and commitment. They handled all aspects of marketing the property, and thanks to their expertise, I had numerous viewings that quickly resulted in multiple offers within just a few days.<br><br>The entire process moved at a great pace, and my property was successfully sold within four months of the initial valuation appointment, which I was extremely pleased with.<br><br>Kerrie even recommended a solicitor firm that she had worked with previously and had a strong professional relationship with. This proved to be excellent advice, as the service provided by the solicitors was outstanding and completely faultless.<br><br>What impressed me most was how proactive both Baker Estates and the solicitor firm were throughout the sale. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
