Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Adam, James, Louis, and particularly Jade - who coordinated the last mile of the sale, keeping everyone updated with frequent clear communication during the most stressful part of the process - were all great. We would recommend them without hesitation.

They contacted me to arrange several viewings and confirmed these when made. They have a lot of local info. They sold my house in a fairly short time in my opinion. Overall their service was excellent.
