Rosanna showed us round the first house we viewed and her energy was infectious. We instantly fell in love with the house and she helped us through the whole process where we’re now lucky enough to call it our home. She couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and passionate about her job and ensuring everything went smoothly for both sellers and buyers. On collecting our keys we were delighted to receive a complimentary gift tote from Jackson-Stops which was a lovely touch.

29th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

She kept us regularly updated, responded promptly to our questions, and always made sure we knew what was happening at each stage. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.

We found a member of the sales progression team to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unfortunately made the process/experience much more challenging. Contrary, Adam, the negotiator (salesperson) was brilliant from the first point of contact and he is the only reason this review isn’t rated a one star.

24th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Jade was absolutely fantastic! Always available for any questions and help (as some ridiculous times of day and weekends). We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
