14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I'm not someone who often leaves Google reviews, but my experience with Victoria was so exceptional that I felt it deserved one.<br><br>We genuinely couldn't be happier with the service she provided in helping us find our perfect home in Cobham, which we're moving into next week.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive Victoria was throughout our search. We were registered with several estate agents, yet she was the only one who consistently sent us properties she genuinely thought would suit us, using WhatsApp, which was our preferred way of communicating. That level of initiative made all the difference and, ultimately, is exactly why we ended up buying a property through her. It's a great example of how proactive, thoughtful service really does pay off.<br><br>We'd previously had some less-than-great experiences with others at Knight Frank, so Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Although she's actually based in the Esher office rather than Cobham, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always available when we needed her and incredibly responsive throughout the process.<br><br>Her negotiation skills during the purchase were particularly impressive. She navigated discussions between the seller, solicitors and the inevitable timescale challenges with professionalism and determination, always finding practical solutions to keep things moving. Even when obstacles arose, she remained calm, patient and relentlessly focused on getting the transaction over the line, making what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>Thank you again, Victoria. We're incredibly grateful for everything you did, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your sale or purchase.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We worked with Stuart on buying our place in Cobham and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His personal approach meant that when there were delays in the chain, he kept very calm, managed the seller very well and didn’t put any pressure on us even though the chain was at risk. Very understanding, happy to help out where he could and someone we would definitely use to sell our place in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...

17th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

3rd Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)We bought a house from Seymours. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process which was somewhat tortuous due to the last person in the chain. They worked very hard to keep everything going and ending successfully
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

She kept me informed throughout and worked closely with her colleagues and contractors to help ensure everything came together successfully.<br><br>I very much appreciate Phoebe's personal assistance and commitment, as well as the support provided by the wider Guildford team. The new tenants have now moved in and are very pleased with the property.<br><br>Thank you to Phoebe and the team for all your help.

They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. Communication was always quick and clear, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free which makes such a refreshing change! This was genuinely the easiest house search and rental experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend her more — thank you again for making everything so simple and straightforward Liz!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Massive thanks to Cedric & Jack at White & Sons, who not only helped with our sale but pleased to say we found our purchase with to!<br><br>Professional, personable and tenacious throughout, they not only marketed our property brilliantly, they were consultative when it came to pricing and small layout changes to showcase in its best possible light, which led to finding a successful buyer.<br><br>On our purchase, Cedric advised we take a look when it wasn't on our radar... With a reassuring 'trust me on this one' when we pushed back... and I'm glad we did!<br><br>They managed the sale progression really well, chasing when needed and making sure we were on track for our exchange and completion.
