Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, his communication is on point and he gets things done. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Hunters, I would go as far as saying, he is the pull factor when it comes to this branch of Hunters. They are lucky to have him.

We were informed immediately if there were any problems at the property and were guided through sorting them out The staff always answered the phone promptly and politely - I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them
5th Jan 2026 (5 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)“As a ‘snail without a shell’ (meaning someone who does not own their own property), whenever my tenancy agreement comes to an end and I have to face rent increases from landlords or an unsatisfactory living environment, I need to look for another place to live. What I hope for most is to find a suitable new home as soon as possible, and a professional, reliable, and efficient estate agency is truly indispensable. I am a UK visa holder, and my visa expired at the beginning of May. Although I had already submitted my application for permanent residency in early April, I had still not received the approval result while searching for a new home. As a result, many landlords were unwilling to rent their properties to someone in my situation, and most estate agents tended to avoid difficult cases and were not very willing to help me. However, I was extremely fortunate to meet Mr. Sharma from Ritz Properties. During the last weekend of April, he arranged for me to view a rental property. After understanding my immigration status and permanent residency application situation, he remained very positive and proactive. He immediately arranged for a referencing company to carry out the preliminary rental procedures for me. Whenever I encountered any problems during the process, he responded very quickly to my emails and WhatsApp messages. With his assistance, I successfully signed the tenancy agreement and received the property keys in mid-May. Before moving in, there were several minor issues with the property’s facilities and appliances that required immediate attention. Every time I contacted Mr. Sharma, he handled each problem with a positive and professional attitude. Having lived in the UK for five years, Ritz Properties is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for rental properties.”

The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. When the sellers timelines and plans started to change and closing the purchase started to get more challenging, Victoria was excellent in communicating messaging, keeping me up to speed and helping to eventually execute the purchase. He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.

Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback.
