25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)James the manager is exceptional, an absolute pleasure. He is most definitely an asset to Hunters and I hope they appreciate him. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, his communication is on point and he gets things done. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Hunters, I would go as far as saying, he is the pull factor when it comes to this branch of Hunters. They are lucky to have him.

19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)From valuation through to selling our property, the team were fantastic! We’d had our house valued the year before but weren’t quite ready to sell. The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!
12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

They were professional, courteous and made my first house purchase memorable for all the right reasons. 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.

The speed at which they responded to emails was incredible—nothing was ever too much trouble. Gary was outstanding; every time we emailed, he answered all our questions thoroughly, leaving us never in doubt about what was happening. He was always polite, kind, and so understanding of the stress involved. On top of that, he went above and beyond by chasing solicitors, something we didn’t expect, and it made a huge difference in keeping things on track. We also want to thank Jeremy for making our sale as smooth as possible. We couldn’t have asked for better support—truly outstanding!
