15th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Terrible experience renting a property managed by this estate agents for 5 years. Hardly ever had issues resolved (pest, mould and draught), constantly missed/ignored emails, attempted to raise rent without following correct procedure, attempted to overcharge for final rent and unlawfully instructed us to book pest control ourselves instead of landlord doing it as a business to save money. Do not rent the Montondale property and avoid this business.

From the outset, the team were knowledgeable, communicative, and realistic in their guidance.<br><br>A particular mention must go to Andrew Cuckill, who was genuinely outstanding throughout. Andrew handled every stage with complete professionalism keeping me informed, managing expectations, and ensuring I felt confident at every step of what can be a daunting process. His expertise in the auction process was evident and his personal approach made a real difference.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Aubrey Lee to anyone considering selling at auction. Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.
