5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

My tenant left early, braking their contract, but Wards managed to re-let the property quickly and efficiently, providing clear communication throughout the process. Linzi Murphey was very good with understanding my specific needs and was extremely helpful. She was patient and very helpful. She also understood that I would need the home adapted so that I can access all of the house, and she made suggestions as to where the adaptions could be made. I felt she was very open and honest. Not only did she help us source the ideal house, but she was also present at the viewings and helped with negotiations after. Overall an excellent experience and we will recommend Wards and Linzi in the future.

They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again. In fact I used them on the basis of a family friend recommendation and are the first choice estate agent for Aylesford and the surrounding area.
