8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. 11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

We've bought our property, and sold our previous property through them and in both instances everyone at Chas R Lowe were helpfull, professional and very patient.<br><br>You can expect clear communication, availability, and the benefit of their experience and advice at every step of the process. If we ever need to move for whatever reason, we'd be really keen on using them again in the future.
22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had my portfolio with property Inc for some time now and some of my tenancy’s have recently come up for renewal, I think it’s only fair to lay praise with the people who truely make letting properties a hassle free experience. Athena at property Inc especially stands out, she is prospective, clear and concise knows what she’s doing and has demonstrated a clear ability to charge of stressful situations while being able to deliver reassurance to us as vendors.<br><br>Whenever an issue has arisen, repair and maintenance or be it chasing documents or whatever it may be, Athena is quick to act and has always made us feel like a priority even with her work load, charming and a true credit to property inc, she is the only person I wish to use for any further acquisitions in the future. 10/10 stars.

The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team. I particularly want to call out Kyle, who took a hands-on role right from the offer stage and continued to look after us once the sale had gone through. He followed up after completion to check everything was okay, which meant a lot. It felt like a very personal, reassuring service. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for helping us secure our first ever home!
