Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.

Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

The service I gained has been second to none and the girls in the office have been the real deal for me. From now onwards I will exclusively deal with Newcastle lettings for any letting issue.

Right from the get go they were engaged with our property, amenable to our requests and willing to go the extra mile. The quality of the photography made us consider wanting to put in an offer for our home! We were actually away on holiday during the sale of our home (it took just two weeks to have a confirmed sale) but John did a fantastic job of showing people around the property even looking after a little one in the garden so her parents had time to look around without distraction. John's advice was also invaluable when we came to 'best and final' offers. The support did not stop at the memorandum of sale but continued with frequent communication throughout the whole of the selling process and WalkersXchange provided an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. Thank you to all of you for making this often complex journey so pain free; we have highly recommended you to friends and family.

In the beginning they ensured a smooth transition into the property and were massively helpful in preparing it and ensuring we were happy. If there was ever a problem it was very easy to contact a member of the team and they always responded in a timely, respectful and judicious manner. I had no problems at all with Everbest and recommend them to anyone.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Great personal and efficient Estate Agents. We had great service from Symonds-Taylor. We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. Claire and Rob provided an efficient, pleasant and 'personal' advice and service throughout, and steered the sale through with little fuss. Thank you!!
