I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful team. Emma Clark and Eryn Butler in particular are absolute gems. They both have a fantastic way of making you feel looked after, combining total professionalism with genuine warmth and kindness. In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

There were many hurdles to overcome due to a large chain but our contact Lucy (at the Kimberley office) was brilliant. She chased all the chains solicitors daily. She kept us in the loop (even when the news wasn’t great). Lucy didn’t hesitate to try everything she could to resolve the issues that were completely out of our control. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. She went over and above. She throughly deserves the 5 STAR review. Thank you for your service! Neil & Emma.

When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.
