30th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Very quickly found 3 viewings and the second one resulted in a buyer. These people were first time buyers and they were helped in getting their mortgage. From the viewing to the acceptance of their final offer took one hour - amazing.

Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. Her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set her apart was the genuine care and understanding she showed throughout what can be a stressful process. The whole team works very well together and rallies round to sort any queries, but most of our dealings were with Emily and Tina who were both excellent throughout the whole process.
20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)The girls at Whitegates Newark are amazing! I had just moved up for work and was scrambling to find a place. I sent enquiries to a few estate agents, and Julie got back to me straight away over the phone. She wasted no time arranging viewings for great properties that were exactly within my budget. While other agents were sending irrelevant questions over email with no real sense of urgency, Julie was proactive and genuinely helpful. She found me my apartment on the very first day! After that, Alex took over and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole application process, both over the phone and via email. The communication was clear and reassuring from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more — thank you both for making what could have been a stressful move feel so welcoming :)
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Moved from Kent to Newark WH Brown were the Estate Agents for the Newark property so we weren’t paying them. We had a positive experience with good communication from Poppy, India and Tiffany especially when there were delays at the top of the chain. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and I did call a lot.
23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I want to thank Marie, Michelle, Lisa, Karen and Dawn for the faultless customer service they've provided throughout the process of selling our house. They've been consistently wonderful. Although we weren't able to secure the price we had initially been hoping and aiming for, and it took a while, the main thing is that we've reached a sale. The photography and advertising, and the marketing strategy that followed, made the best of what has often been described to me as a 'quirky' property - this was some impressive stuff. I'd heartily recommend Marie and her team.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend HoldenCopley.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
