30th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

The entire team at Sleaford provided fantastic support throughout the process, keeping communication clear, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Moving house can be stressful, but having a proactive and reliable local estate agent made a huge difference. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Diane was so easily contactable and sold our house so fast!!! We had a viewing I think it was less than 24hr advertised. Can't thank you enough for everything we highly recommend this estate agents, professional, honest, always available to answer our questions. No sales pitch, no sugar-coating - just honest advice. 18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to slow things down whenever we felt unsure. Her approach is truly personalised, and you never feel like just another client. She is warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
