They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)The customer service from this letting agency is appalling. I had a viewing booked. My 2 years old son suddenly fell ill and was rushed to hospital. I was in the hospital with no service attempted to call to cancel my viewing no answer. 45 mins before my appointment I also emailed to confirm cancellation as online it advised the place was not available until August. 1. Misleading information over the phone and online about a property. 2. Shocking behaviour from the agent who was raising his voice at me and telling me I’m black listed. Will be posting my reviews all over social media and making sure no one uses this company. They do not even know how to speak with customers. So rude and disrespectful. I will gladly be black listed from this agency. Thank god! Do not use them at all. Never ever would I recommend this company lack of empathy for my situation. Give false information and then have the cheek to be rude. Disgusting behaviour !
19th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.

After obtaining valuations from a number of local agents, Drurys Estate Agents showed enthusiasm, professionalism and an incredibly positive attitude towards marketing our property (at the top end) of our desired selling price. On arrival, owner of the business Scott Drury, quickly identified the value in our location and advised on how best prepare the property for market, saving us time and money, avoiding any overspend. Scott clearly knows his market well, standing out against his other competitors. Katie then handled all the marketing arrangements and provided us with a draft write-up, allowing us to make any alterations with ease. Katie then handled all the viewings at the property and gave us immediate feedback from each client. Myself, having had a career in both Sales and Customer Service Management, can honestly describe her service as impeccable throughout. Not only did she keep us fully informed, she also went (far) above and beyond, helping obtain information which was well out of her remit. Katie clearly has excellent connections within her industry, this paired with her honesty, professionalism and sheer commitment to her role, made the entire selling procedure seamless. Property sales rarely flow without queries and small issues, however Katie's handling of the entire process was flawless. As a customer who is rarely impressed, Drurys team far surpassed even our highest of expectations. We would not hesitate to select using this local business again. Thank you to the team for restoring our faith in good honest small business values!!

12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)James was a new member of staff at Connells when I was in the process of moving into a let.I feel he had a lot to deal with as the other gentleman was off work and he was learning the ropes quickly.<br><br>I have never let before and so it was a new experience for me. James was very helpful with all my questions and follow up. Good with responding to emails etc<br>Hope you are enjoying the job James??????
