29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Excellent Service and Outstanding Support Throughout My Tenancy..<br>I had a very positive experience with William H Brown, Knight Partnership, and in particular with Emma, who was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout my tenancy.<br>Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Emma was always approachable and took the time to explain things clearly. The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. Unfortunately the property we purchased was via another agency but was a close run thing.<br>Emily from the Bourne office showed us around the property and was extremely polite and courteous as well as being professional and customer focused. Emily is a credit to Rosedale.

The entire team at Sleaford provided fantastic support throughout the process, keeping communication clear, professional, and helpful from start to finish. Moving house can be stressful, but having a proactive and reliable local estate agent made a huge difference. Highly recommended to anyone buying or selling in the area!

24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !
1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
