10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. He’s incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. The whole experience has felt personal rather than transactional, which makes a huge difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and shewas constantly chasing things behind the scenes tokeep everything progressing. It made a stressful process much easier. Would definitely recommend.
