23rd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Myah is an agent for Michael Graham she goes above and beyond her duties and is an extremely helpful and tenacious person who gets the job done. Our move simply would not have been successful without her
12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Between myself and my wife, in 12 weeks we received 1 phone call, and that was to lower the price they valued it at. The photos were poor too. Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Always an absolute pleasure to deal with
14th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)All good ????
12th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Richard james were very good valued our house at the rightcprice we got more than we thought for our house the first person who viewed broughtvour house id highly highly recommend them for selling ypur house.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing
4th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were really impressed with the service we received from beginning to end. Selling a house can be stressful, yet the process felt easier as we felt the service was honest, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Oscar-James to anyone selling.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sold my property for me, very awkward situation which they dealt with discretely and professionally. Couldn’t sing Lianne’s praises enough. Given the time constraints and privacy required, they got a good price and couldn’t do more to help us. Highly recommend

23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fantastic agents, great communication
20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
