Always efficient and made sure they stuck to the times suitable for me.<br>They'd often send through emails of suggested houses I might like.<br>Darryl was always great with communication and professional and friendly when he showed me around the properties.<br>Highly recommend. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)My experience buying a house through Connells was incredibly complicated and stressful, largely due to a lack of communication and support throughout the process. I dealt with Hazel, who was unresponsive and unhelpful at key stages, leaving me chasing for updates that should have been provided proactively. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating one because of poor service. Would not recommend.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)If you are a buyer AVOID.<br><br>Got my mum to give an offer on a house as I was busy. Andrew called me back saying the offer was rejected and thanks to GDPR I can't have her act on my behalf. I said that was fine and thank you. They call my mum again to try and get her to give more money or put an offer in on a different house 5 minutes later. No mention of that house to me. They were rude to my mum, they were rude to me and the agent who showed me round the houses never got back to me on the questions I asked.

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

Poppy and Rachel were great at booking in all the viewings and giving me prompt feedback afterwards. Sam gave me some great advice when I had a difficult decision to make and I felt he was really working for my best interests. Once I’d accepted an offer, Amy worked so hard chasing down the chain keeping things moving and keeping me updated on the progress. I am very happy I chose them to sell my house for me.

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I found everyone at O'Riordan Bond in Rushden to be incredibly proactive throughout the sale of my house.<br><br>They weren't the closest estate agent to me, but they were absolutely the right choice. They gave honest advice on pricing, and we agreed on a realistic figure designed to sell – which it did. Twice! Sadly, the first sale fell through, but they quickly found another buyer, and this time everything went through successfully.<br><br>Buying and selling a house is, at times, a long, stressful and frustrating process. What makes all the difference is having an estate agent who understands the journey, keeps you informed, and genuinely feels like they're on your side. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the whole team were supportive, reassuring and always happy to help. They really do hold your hand through the process.<br><br>This may not be the last time I buy or sell a property, and when that day comes, I would have no hesitation in using O'Riordan Bond again.<br><br>Thank you to everyone in the Rushden office for all your help – I really appreciate everything you did.

Every member of staff I dealt with — Ricky-Lee, Hayley, Jade, Paul, Zoe, Lottie and Lewis — were absolutely spot on.<br><br>As a seller, they made the whole process really easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly, I was kept regularly updated on progress, and they even made courtesy calls to make sure I was happy with how everything was going.<br><br>Great team and I’d have no hesitation recommending them.
