The team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, from the viewing to completing the tenancy.<br><br>A special thanks to Jess and Casey for their support and clear communication. They guided me through each step, answered my questions promptly, and made the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Real Estates to anyone looking to rent a property.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We are incredibly grateful to TK and Eva H. in the Hampstead office for helping us find a flat a block from our son’s school in Hampstead. It was a very scarce market in the local neighborhood this year for a family of four and every decent place seemed to be receiving multiple offers on the same day and disappearing from the market before one had a chance to even see it! Rather than give up on us and ride this wave of hot rental properties, Eva kept diligently finding places for us to see and ultimately found our dream flat. But there was a problem- it was very popular with multiple families and we were very much at a disadvantage with limited rental history. However, Eva pulled out the stops and made a compelling case on our behalf and somehow made it work!! As we sit on our new balcony we feel incredibly grateful and have to give credit where it is due - Eva and her Tk office really came through for us! Thank you!!!!

They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process, especially as we had quite a few questions and wanted to view the property multiple times.<br><br>Even when things didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped, they remained extremely helpful, professional and understanding, always doing their best to move things forward. Their communication throughout the process was excellent — clear, responsive and reassuring.<br><br>Buying a property can be a very stressful process, and we genuinely feel that without Adam and the team’s great communication, patience and support, things could have been very different.<br><br>We really appreciate all their help and would highly recommend Adam and the team at Ellis & Co to anyone looking for a professional, helpful and reliable estate agent. Neil and Belinda and the whole team were always available and approachable by phone, email and in person in the office. I cannot recommend enough!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Since Gabriel Farmer has taken over as Head of Lettings, there has been a complete turnaround in customer service, work ethic, accountability and operations. With a much more proactive approach, Gabriel has kept me updated, delivered on what he has promised, and looked out for my interests as a client. The service is now much more in line with what I would expect for fully managed property services, with attention to detail and quality. He has also managed his team effectively, with everyone doing their piece and working in a more joined up fashion. He has strong market knowledge whilst still being willing to accommodate and collaborate. I am pleased Gabriel has taken over, the tone from Hamptons is now more professional, positive, polite and I feel trust is being built.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. Refused to provide rental accounts and all necessary certificates to a Landlord to facilitate eviction action against a Tenant despite requests for months. We don't even know if those necessary legal compliance (such as regular EICR check, protecting deposit with a govenrment shceme) has been properly done. A nightmare for Landlords.
