From start to finish, he was incredibly proactive, communicative, and always available to answer my questions or check in on how things were progressing.<br><br>Jason went above and beyond at every step - he was patient and knowledgeable during viewings, gave brilliant recommendations for a solicitor, and even facilitated document handovers from his office to keep things moving. Most importantly, his integrity and strong professional ethics really shone through: he shielded us from competing buyers once our offer was accepted, completely preventing any risk of gazumping.<br><br>Thanks to his dedication and hard work, the entire process was seamless and remarkably fast, taking us from offer accepted to completion in just two months. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide me through this purchase. Highly recommended!

29th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team. I particularly want to call out Kyle, who took a hands-on role right from the offer stage and continued to look after us once the sale had gone through. He followed up after completion to check everything was okay, which meant a lot. It felt like a very personal, reassuring service. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for helping us secure our first ever home!

Refused to provide rental accounts and all necessary certificates to a Landlord to facilitate eviction action against a Tenant despite requests for months. We don't even know if those necessary legal compliance (such as regular EICR check, protecting deposit with a govenrment shceme) has been properly done. A nightmare for Landlords.
