14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I’m not going to tell you Kyra is the best letting agent in the world… buuuuuuttttt she did help my wife and me find and move into our dream home in the UK less than a week after moving here from abroad.<br>We started working with Kyra a few weeks before arriving in the UK, and she handled everything—from showing us the house virtually and working with the landlord to fighting against the all-mighty bureaucracy of the U.S. government abroad.<br>She even learned a few words of Brazilian Portuguese to help my wife feel more welcome when we first met and gave her plenty of suggestions for nails, salons, and everything else she needed to start feeling right at home in Ely.<br>I’m not really sure what else someone could do to be deserving of the title of world’s best letting agent... but you can decide for yourself when Kyra helps you find your dream home too.
22nd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

16th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

She’s one of those rare estate agents who genuinely loves helping people find their dream home — and it shows in every interaction.<br><br>From the start, Charlotte was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, even when I had very specific requirements and a few strong opinions about what I didn’t want. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and kept refining the search until she was finding properties that were almost perfect matches. In fact, she found me the right house three separate times — the only thing that held me back was the infrastructure around the properties, which is entirely down to the council and completely outside her control.<br><br>What I appreciated most was her enthusiasm.
