Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. Buying or selling a home is such a big thing, and they really understand that. They take the time to listen, pay attention to the little details and make sure you feel looked after every step of the way. It’s the little things they do that make such a difference and put you at ease. You never feel like just another customer. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper lovely team who go above and beyond.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I can't rate these guys highly enough. From the off, Reeds Rains stood out as being very professional, friendly, approachable and reasonably priced. Andrew was amazing during the valuation, taking the photo's and creating the brochure. From there, Carole and Brooke took over with communications and arranging the many viewings that came through. Carole and Brooke went above and beyond to help me, and made numerous calls to Solicitors to ensure things were moving along as they should. Their communication was always excellent, and I was kept updated on a daily basis with everything going on. The service was very efficient and i couldnt have asked for more. If I ever need to sell again, I will certainly be going with Reeds Rains. Thanks to Andrew, Carole and Brooke.

Their way of marketing really impressed us and definitely helped to our property selling quick<br>Thank you everyone at moving works for all your hard work you really did make our moving and selling experience an enjoyable one and we are so happy in our new home
2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

I can honestly say this is the best service I have ever received, with a special mention for Bev, the sales manager, who was superb throughout. Bev kept me updated throughout the sale, along with both sets of solicitors.<br>Don’t bother shopping around—just use these guys, they are brilliant.

They went out of their way to help and assist us, and even spent the best part of 2 hours in the office when my brother and I were having issues with the previous agency, trying to squeeze money out of us for unnecessary fines, and helped restore our faith in the business of selling our parents house. Highly recommended ??????

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!
