No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Would definitely recommend them.
3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We recently sold my mums home with Reeds Rains, Chorley. I would recommend Reeds Rains Chorley offices services without any hesitation. We were kept up to date with developments and felt thoroughly supported with the whole process. All the staff at the Chorley Branch are so approachable and can not do enough to help or answer any question or query we had. Fantastic experience, We will definitely be using their services again.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I’m in the second property rented from Regency and can’t state enough how great they have been. They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.

Helen, Charlotte and Emily .<br>From start to finish, they provided a professional, friendly, and seamless service.They kept me up-to date every step of the way.<br>Moving house is stressful but they were on hand to answer any questions as they arose.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for making my sale such a positive experience.<br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.

6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)My experience of this estate agents was very poor. I had to pull out of the sale due to the incompetence of this estate agents as well as the vendor which I understand is not the agents full responsibility. The property in question was a flat in which mortgages would not be approved due to legal complications. My solicitor explained that the vendor would have been fully aware of this before putting the property on the market. My complaint with this estate agents is the misinformation I was given, I was told a service charge largely inaccurate of the actual fee, I was mislead about the vendors actions regarding payment of legal matters, staff told me the vendor had paid a substantial amount and legal matters were solved, 6 weeks later my solicitor informed me this was false information. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional, from the deadlines being imposed on me in order to make a quick sale, to the rude telephone manner by the female staff, even viewing the property to measure up the agent arrived late and I felt rushed to make measurements and have a good look at the property. In all I have wasted over 4 months of my time to find an home and lost a large amount of money on solicitor fees and mortgage broker fees. What’s also sad to see is the property straight back on the market and some other person will be messed around by this estate agents. In all I had high hopes of this estate agents upon reading reviews but after my experience I would advise to avoid Ince Williamson indefinitely.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
