It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I wrote a review about this “thing” and he replied with lies. The tennants next door are sub letting their house and these don’t care. They are rude and absolutely gross making threats etc. I’ve reported them to the police and council. Avoid avoid avoid
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

13th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted

All members of staff were informative and knowledgeable and their expertise made the whole sales process move seamlessly. Chris was professional and supportive through the whole process. His knowledge of the local area is unmatched. The quality and quantity of the photographs truly made the property look stunning and stand out from other similar properties - I'm not surprised that he found a buyer within a week. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed at all steps and that the sale went through efficiently. Cheryl was also very easy to work with. Her communication was clear, consistent and professional. She helped make the transaction as smooth as possible by keeping me in the loop at every stage. I am truly appreciative to the RE/MAX team. I put my trust in selling my property with them and they exceeded my expectations with no worry, stress or hassle. Thank you!
