29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I've let a property out through Arnold & Phillips for a number of years now. I've always felt very reassured by the lettings team and know the house is in good hands. Having had previous bad experiences with other estate agents in the town I know that isn't always the case. I also feel that they take a fair approach with tenants and are prompt in communicating any concerns, something that is important for me.

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I wrote a review about this “thing” and he replied with lies. The tennants next door are sub letting their house and these don’t care. They are rude and absolutely gross making threats etc. I’ve reported them to the police and council. Avoid avoid avoid

You have been amazing.- 27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough.
